AN ACT

Amending Title 34 (Game) of the
Pennsylvania Consolidated

Statutes,
further providing for regulations.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania
|

hereby enacts as
follows:
|

Section 1. Section 2102 of the Title 34 of the
Pennsylvania
|

Consolidated Statutes
is amended by adding a subsection to read:
|

(b.1)
White-tailed deer hunting.--In order to preserve the
|
10
|
tradition of white-tailed deer hunting in this Commonwealth and
|
11
|
ensure the survival of the species for future generations, the
|
12
|
commission shall promulgate regulations limiting a licensed
|
13
|
hunter to one white-tailed deer per license
year.
|
14
|
|
|
Section 2. This act shall take effect in
60 days.
